We have a wide range of services at different price points.  Opening an account offers your company the deepest discount.  We offer individual screening as well.  Pricing can be obtained by calling or e-mailing our customer service dept. at 1-800-339-9993 ext: 201 or

A medical review officer (MRO) is a licensed physician that verifies laboratory results.  The MRO review process is an integral part of workplace drug testing.  MRO’s responsibilities include conducting confidential medical interviews with donors and verifying prescription/medical information.

[/accordion] [accordion title=”How long does it take to receive the results?”]

In most cases results are available within 24-36 hours of being received at the lab.  Rapid (point of collection test) results may be available within minutes.

We can set-up your account within 3-5 business days.  However, we do offer expedited set-up and immediate testing if needed.

We do not offer collection only services for companies with existing lab accounts.  Typically it is less expensive to open a new account with AMC and let us remove the burden of coordinating your collections.

Most insurance plans do not cover drug screening costs.  AMC accepts checks or money orders as well as all major credit cards. We also have options for ACH and automatic debit for corporate accounts.

Yes. AMC provides expert support with compliance of Federally Regulated DOT drug and alcohol testing 24/7.

Personal or individual drug testing can be set-up with one call to our customer service department at 1-800-339-9993 ext: 201.

We offer on-site testing with coverage across the entire United States.

[/accordion] [accordion title=”How will I receive the results?”]

The most convenient result reporting method is via e-mail.  You may also choose to have your results reported by fax or via our secure web portal.

Rapid or “instant” drug testing is available at many of our collection sites.  We also offer at home kits for screening in the privacy of your own home.
